You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order by sending us an email at support@icondet.com

Upon canceling your order, we will notify you once refund has been processed. The refund will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.

I did not receive my order yet. Can I cancel it and get a full refund?
All shipped orders are final and are not eligible for cancelation. Please check our Return & Refund Policy page, and contact us should you wish to return the package.

I mistakenly put an incorrect shipping address. Can I cancel the order?
It is case-to-case basis. If your order has been processed, we cannot cancel it but we can modify the shipping address from our end without canceling the order. If the order has been shipped out, please contact us.
